Kindness

Last night at Bible study , the girls talked about the fruit of being Kind. 
Kindness is a word I don't think of very often, not in a bad way. I just
don't use the word Kind. Instead I use the words; nice, sweet, thoughtful,
and any other word related to Kind.

Last Night when Nancy was listing opposites of the word Kind, I didn't know how many of them i need to change. For example bitterness, frustration, and more. Frustration is my biggest opposite of Kindness that I'm working on right now in my life. One of the questions we discussed was what situations in our life that we can see us not being as Kind. I thought of when i work with pre-school kids. As much as i love them to death there are just times when you have had enough. Yesterday i had this kid who is young enough to not really know what is going on but old enough that No means No. I ended putting in time out for a little bit. And after words i felt bad but it needed to be done.

God wants us to Love one another as our self, and Love our neighbors!

Even though i was tough on the kid. He still wanted to be my friend. So I was being Kind with a different  approach.

This week I am going to work on being Kind and that's it !

lazy days

So i intended to do a 30 day picture blog but that is not going to happen because im simply lazy! Most people in America are lazy we think to our self, oh tomorrow is another day I can do it later. Then later comes and what we planned to do before is still not done. This happens to me all the Time :) 
Yes i just admitted im lazy......... come on you know you can be at times.


The worst thing in my life are my footed onsie pjs! ( yes i own a pair) i always put them on in the morning and after an hour i cant get out of them :P too darn comfy. Therefore i become lazy. 


I was thinking that what if i was a lazy Christian? What would God think of me? 


God for one thing would not appreciate it. He tells us to go and spread the love of Christ to all the world. That pretty much said DONT BE LAZY! 
Some days i feel like there is nothing for me to do. While other days i feel like i can conquer the world! 


The days when i feel like i can not do anymore than i am already doing , that is when the devil is in my head saying Yup your worthless you can not do anymore good for this world. Thats when i depend on God more than ever! 


See God is our Father so he wants to see us keep going and go out into the world and see that our enemy gets defeated!


So on a lazy day when you have given up on doing anymore for you and the world, just know you have a heavenly Father who is right next to you saying 

You Can Do it My Child.You Have The Power To Face The Day!Nothing is Impossible With Me By Your Side!
