Why I believe in Psalm 91:5

Psalm 91 has had a huge impact on my life. I didn't know it until now (6 years later). And specifically 91:5. Here's my story and why I believe in it. About 6 years ago I was a junior in high school heading out to have a good night of babysitting. Who wouldn't want to make few extra dollars especially for gas. To me it was an ordinary night of babysitting. I've been doing the same thing for a while and I never thought my life could have been in danger later that evening. After work I was heading home for much needed sleep and I drove the same path as always but just as I was about to cross through the intersection I looked to my left and right in front of me was another cars headlights. They were about to hit me. I had no idea what was about to happen or how my life at 16 years old was about to change. I panicked just as time was standing still so did I. I stopped. All of a sudden, my car was moving forward and the other car kept driving forward and nothing happened. Something protected me that night. I was able to make it home just fine. A little shaken up but that's normal when you just faced your fears. As I got home I was telling my parents all about the freak thing that almost happened. And as I was telling my story my dad ran and grabbed his bible and read to me psalm 91:5. God was perfecting me from the terrors of the night. He knew that I was going to face danger. My dad was reading that particular verse right at the moment I was  facing my biggest fear. (And an important fact about this is my dad was reading his bible while watching tv. He never watches tv and reads at the same time. ) That car was the terror of the night.  God was on my side. He always has been and he will continue to be on my side. God is my shield and loves me unconditionally. He made my dad read that verse right in my moment of need. I didn't know I needed that verse but God did. To this day Christ still is watching over me, even when I forget to ask for his guidance and protection. God never forgets. This is why I believe in psalms 91:5. It's not the one and only verse that's amazing and hold promises the entire bible is Christ's amazing love, grace, mercy, promise, and so much more! Try reading it sometime. You might find your miracle verse!
